Rufus is a Dad to Jack, Toby and Ollie, and partner to Tina. He currently works across coach education and business coaching as a freelance coach and facilitator. Previously, he spent nine years with Tennis Australia and Tennis Victoria in leadership roles within coach development. Prior to that, Rufus spent 20 years as Director of the Victorian Tennis Academy, building and running a successful tennis business in Melbourne.
